Curious Geeks
What do I do for a living?
I am Divyaraj Murugan, a product sensical person who creates AI agents for work, and loves to build product from scratch.
Two things I actually believe
Hit the inputs. Stop staring at the scoreboard. If the process is right and I'm showing up every day, the results take care of themselves. I'd rather get the inputs repeatable than chase a number.
You learn by building it, not by reading about it. Every skill I have came from shipping something rough, breaking it, and working out why. Not from a course.
So what's written here is what actually happened, including the parts that didn't work. If you care about why the number moved, we'll probably get along.

What I'm working on
Experiments
Every attempt, dated, including the failures →
Blogs
- How to convert old laptop into a server? — learnt how the IP address varies when the internet changes
- Obsidian Replaced My PM's Second Brain (And Then Gave It to AI) — from scattered Confluence docs to a knowledge graph AI can actually reason over
- How to Become a Product Manager (Without a Course or a Framework) — you're already doing product thinking, you just don't know it yet
Teardowns
Pull one product apart at a time and find out why it's built the way it is.
The teardown lenses → — onboarding, feature depth, and where the happy path stops being honest.
What I've built
Shipped things, side projects, and the occasional experiment that went nowhere.
